Withdraw from a purchase
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason: fill in the form and you get a receipt with the date and time straight away. For the shop’s 100-day returns, write to us from the Help page instead.

How to send the product back
- Fill in the form above and keep the receipt.
- Get the parcel ready. The product comes back undamaged and complete, just as you received it. Pack it carefully, in its original box if you still have it, and stick the return label on the parcel.
- Send it within 14 days of your withdrawal, to this address: PIPPI STORE SRLS, Via delle Genziane 107, 16148 Genova. Return postage: paid by us, with the prepaid label we send you. Keep the proof of postage.
- We refund you within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same method you paid with (if you paid cash to the courier, by bank transfer to the account you give us). We may wait until the parcel reaches us, or until you send us proof of postage.
What you need to know
- Legal guarantee if the product is faulty: this is something else, and it does not use up your withdrawal days.
- Instead of the form you can write to info@pippi.store, also using the model withdrawal form set by law: it counts just the same.
