Orders and prices

Prices are in euros and include VAT; the delivery cost is shown before you pay. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email: for online payments, once we have received the payment; for bank transfer and cash on delivery, as soon as you confirm the order at checkout. The total you see at checkout is what you pay: no costs are added afterwards.

Delivery

We deliver by tracked courier to Italy and to the other European Union countries listed at checkout. Costs and delivery times are shown on the Delivery and guarantee page and before you pay.

100-day returns

You have 100 days from delivery to return the product. The shop grants these commercial returns on top of the legal right of withdrawal. The product must be returned undamaged and complete with its packaging. To request a return, use the same form as for withdrawal.

This promise is in addition to your legal rights below and does not affect them: within the first 14 days the right of withdrawal still applies, with its own rules and refund times.

Legal right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind without giving any reason, as provided for in Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

To exercise it, use the withdrawal function: the “Withdraw from a purchase” link is always at the bottom of every page, or go straight to the withdrawal form (or write to us by email: it counts just the same).

We refund you within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, using the same method you paid with (if you paid cash to the courier, by bank transfer to the account you give us).

You may also use this model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

Legal guarantee

Every product comes with the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code): if it arrives faulty or turns out not to conform, it is repaired or replaced free of charge. If the defect is fixed by a repair, the guarantee is extended once by 12 months (Article 133 of the Italian Consumer Code).

Payments

You can pay with: Credit or debit card, PayPal, Satispay, Amazon Pay, Bank transfer, Cash on delivery. Some methods are only available in certain countries: the checkout shows those for the delivery country. Card and online payment account details stay on the payment providers’ systems: we do not see or store them. With bank transfer we see the payer’s name and IBAN, as on any bank statement.

With bank transfer, the order is dispatched when we receive the payment. If it does not arrive within 7 days of the order, the contract is terminated and the order is cancelled at no cost. With bank transfer you can order up to 3 packs.

Cash on delivery is only available for deliveries in Italy, with a €5.00 surcharge for paying the courier, already included in the total shown before you confirm. With cash on delivery you can order up to 3 packs.

Governing law and disputes

Italian law applies. If you live in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the rules of your country that a contract cannot take away (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Article 6). For consumers, the competent court is that of their place of residence. Before taking any legal action, you can write to us: things are almost always resolved by talking.
