You don’t need an account: just your order number (it is in the confirmation email) and the email address you ordered with.
Order
- Received (this is where it is now)
- Being prepared (this is where it is now)
- Shipped (this is where it is now)
- Delivered (this is where it is now)
We are waiting for your bank transfer: the parcel leaves as soon as it arrives.
Order cancelled: nothing will be shipped.
Order refunded to the same method you paid with (or to the account you gave us, if you had paid cash to the courier).

Check the number (it is in the confirmation email) and that the email is the one used for the order. If the details are right and still nothing shows, write to us: we reply personally.
Only have the tracking number? Look it up on the website of the courier named in the email: TNT, BRT or FedEx. Or write to us.
